Yin & poetry

Join us on the last Sunday of each month at Green Mondays Studio in Carlton 5.15 - 6.30pm, we will be exploring how we can tend to the nervous system. This immersive in-person session will blend restorative yin, self-massage, somatic therapy and poetic prose for self-soothing.

About the practice

In this restorative yin session we will practice anchoring with breath-work, body scan meditations and orienting in space through sensory awareness. We will practice self massage and self-soothing techniques, while looking at how rest based practice can soothe the nervous system.

No experience is needed for this course, the content and participation will be accessible for all levels of experience.

Join the practice

We offer drop-in classes at $20 concession and $25 non-concession. We also offer an ongoing membership that gives you access to weekly online classes, for $10 concession and $15 non-concession per class. This membership gives also gives you access to the monthly in person class at no extra cost.

Once you book your place you will receive an automated email containing further details of what to bring and where we will be practicing (Green Mondays Studio: Level 4/73 Grattan St, Carlton VIC 3053).
