About the practice
In this workshop Sharne will begin by sharing breathwork. Our breath is the sacred bridge that guides us home to connection, to presence, and to meaning. It is a powerful resource for an adaptive nervous system, and a window into the unconscious realms.
Shannon will guide us through sensory experiencing techniques and active imagination practices, which can support us in accessing memory and poetic prose.
After having an embodied experience of these techniques, we will reflect and consider the therapeutic possibilities of breath and poetry.
